Overall in excellent pre-owned condition. There are gentle scuffs inside of the flap (last photo). Minor crease in front of the bag, it is a common appearance for this bag model. You can re-shape the bag either with professional help or stuff it properly to make it perfectly shaped. It mostly looks natural.
